Are giclee prints worth it?
Have a look at this video from YouTube for a view on the value of giclee prints and decide for yourself.
My opinion is that Giclee prints are high quality reproductions and while having an original piece of art is better, limited edition giclees do have potential in holding or increasing their value over time. Another aspect is that for most of us original art is very expensive and giclee prints offer a solution in obtaining art at a lower cost. If you have any thoughts or opinions on this topic please leave your comments in the comments section link below.

How do you create skin tones in watercolor?
Today's Q and A
Q - How do you create skin tones in watercolor?
A - While it seems to be a popular use of tertiary colors in creating skin tones I have found the use of simple primary colors red, blue and yellow to be more effective and a lot easier in creating skin tones. Using a light base of yellow or even light red to begin, glazed layers of yellow, red and blue mix will allow for excellent control of tones. Making color adjustments with each layer will give you a more than satisfactory and realistic result.
