Q - What is the best way to clean watercolor brushes?
A - The best method is to simply use water and no other additives or soaps to clean your brushes. If needed let the brush soak a short time for hard to remove stains. Also, it's a good idea to avoid using watercolor brushes for any other type of paint. Oil paints will ruin your brushes for watercolor and it is better not to use them for acrylics also.
