Q - What did Andy Warhol's "Soup Can" paintings originally sell for?
A - The "Soup Can" artworks which numbered 32 in all were sold by Warhol to a gallery in Los Angeles for a mere $1,000. The paintings were later sold off to the Museum of Modern Art in New York for some 15 million dollars.
