Q - Who created the Avengers?
A - The Avengers were created by editor Stan Lee. and artist Jack Kirby. The first appearance of five characters including the Hulk, Thor, Wasp, Iron Man and Ant Man in Avengers issue number 1 in September of 1963. The comic book series achieved success over various media outlets including the movie series release beginning with "The Averngers" starting Robert Downey Jr. in 2012.
